"No ads" scam

I love your game and loved it even more when I read on the game that if I purchase any coins the ads would go away for ever. Well that didnt happen and now Im out $2. This makes me very upset because my son plays this game and on my phone the ads take up too much of the screen and he is always pressing on the ads and doesnt know how to get back to the game. So how are you going to fix this.
